Overall Scottsdale's housing market looks pretty stable considering historical seasonal declining trend in January. Price decline per sq. ft. is less than 2% and sales volume dip is not substantial for this time of the year. Scottsdale's market is due to turn around in February.

A $ 41 million dollar project SouthBridge is now opened to their customers in Downtown Scottsdale. Started in the middle of 2006, it connects Fashion Square and Old Town with 5th Avenue shops and rivals San Antonio's RiverWalk, Los Angeles' Rodeo Drive and New York’s SoHo.
